Creative leadership across design, film, and storytelling.

Bianca Moran Parkes is a multidisciplinary creative and entrepreneur. Most recently, she served as EVP, Executive Creative Director at NEON, where she helped shape the studio’s brand identity and led campaigns for award-winning films including Parasite, Anora, and Longlegs, while also building and leading the Design and Merchandising teams.

In 2025, her work on Together was awarded the Grand Clio for Key Art (Best Poster of the Year), recognizing excellence at the highest level of visual storytelling.

Her career spans design education as Professor of Design, prestige agency work across global brands and cultural sectors, and entrepreneurship, including founding a sustainable footwear brand with high-profile clients and retail partners.

Bianca’s work often extends beyond campaigns, with involvement in development and production that supports filmmakers across multiple stages of a project.

Type nerd, full-time mom, and self-appointed color theorist, Bianca lives in Los Angeles with her husband, their endlessly curious six-year-old son Charlie Blue, and a dog named Moon…after Keith, not the celestial body.
